Shipping may take longer due to the impact of COVID-19 and may add additional business days to arrive. All couriers including USPS are currently experiencing delays with shipping and updating tracking information. More information contact your local USPS or UPS tracking/shipping sites.

Order minimum for free shipping is subject to change at the discretion of the company.

Custom or "made-to-order" items (handmade items including bandana sets, blankets, pet bowls and dog toys) can take longer to arrive, depending on the item. Please allow 2-3 days for processing before your package is shipped.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.


We offer USPS standard shipping on all products. Most orders take 1-3 business days to process and leave our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. 

Additional shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost through UPS®.


Most orders take 2-4 business days to process and leave our warehouse. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. BOP POP is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website.

Bop Pop is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse/offices. If a package has been lost or stolen, please file a report with your local postal service.



We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unopened in its original packaging and hair-free. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all return shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees.

Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We want you to have an overall great shopping experience.

EXCLUSIONS / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, which includes our plush dog toys (for safety reasons), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and all bandanas that are not in their original packaging (they must be unopened & hair-free). Please get in touch, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, please allow 2-3 days for processing and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



Q: What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 20 days, but must be in original, unopened packaging and hair-free.

Note: All sale or clearance items are final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged (sorry!).

Please, send an email to within 20 days of receipt of your package. Include your order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason why it didn't work out for you. Returns/exchanges can only be processed within 20 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Q: Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We can only process order cancellations within 24 hours of the order. Because, once we get your orders, we ship your packages out as fast as possible - So, as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped.

Q: Can I exchange a product?

Items can be exchanged if unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, unopened original packaging and hair-free. Please, email us at with the topic 'Product Exchange' in the subject line.

Q - An item in my order was damaged in transit - help!

No worries, we'll be happy to help you! Please, send us an email at with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll figure it all out together.

Q - Where's my package? It's missing, lost or stolen?

If your order is missing, stolen or lost in the mail, please fill out a missing package request which you can find in your local post office. Please note that refunds cannot be given for missing packages as this is out of our control.
